Prince Andrew of Great Britain denies that Virginia Giuffre was sexually abused more than 20 years ago when she was 17 years old.
Prince Andrew of Great Britain has once again asked the U.S. jury to try him denied Virginia Giuffre’s allegations that she was sexually abused more than two decades ago at the age of 17.

Giuffre’s attorney, David Boies, said in a statement that Andrew was “trying to blame the victim.”
“We hope to deal with Prince Andrew’s refusals and attempts to blame Ms. Giuffre for his abuse,” Boies said.
The prince has not received any criminal charges and has denied the allegations, forcing him to be embarrassed and removed from his royal duties.
Earlier this month, the British royal family naked Andrew spoke about his military duties and royal patronage and said he would not be known as “His Royal Highness.”
“The Duke of York will continue to take no public duty and is defending this case as a private citizen,” Buckingham Palace said in a Jan. 13 appearance.
Giuffre alleges that he was sexually assaulted by Andrew in March 2001 at the Episl socialite and friend of Epstein’s friend Ghislaine Maxwell.

U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan has said a trial could begin between September and December 2022. If Giuff wins the trial, Andrew could be compensated. He has requested an unspecified number.
