Samantha Wennerstrom’s Morning Routine is a priority – Wired PR Lifestyle Story
[ad_1]
On a sunny July morning, I boarded the Pacific Coast Highway to Santa Barbara with Samantha Wennerstrom to spend the day with the creator of the lifestyle. can i have that, and photographer Prince Sara, who was filming for our interview. Nuen broken foot a few days earlier, and I felt uncomfortable and lonely when I slowly learned to navigate the life of crutches. However, the beautiful route I took up the coast was taken for granted and once I arrived, the Samantha house welcomed me and the attractive presence immediately reassured me.
I met Sam a few years ago around the blogging world, and I’ve always loved his Californian style and his simple style that is confidently simple. Do you know women with such a strong personal style who don’t even seem tempted by current trends? That’s Samantha (perfect white). Bere urges fashion is one of the first places I go in search of inspiration and it proves the strength of well-cut jean and stacked delicate jewelry. It has the quality of an era inclusive and beauty options, as well as the lifestyle content she shares on her channels.
As a mother of two, it has been inspiring to see Samantha develop and navigate the changes. There is an art to staying true to who you are and Samantha never strays from that place of authenticity. I will never forget when I interviewed this morning full of laughter spent together for this story so beautifully captured through Sara’s photos. Visit our interview to learn about Samantha Wennerstrom’s morning routine, invigorating breakfast, and how to live a joyful life every day.
I started the site in 2009 as a creative outlet, and over time it has grown organically. I’ve always been inspired by that quiet California lifestyle, and my blog has been my daily routine in designing my life and discovering the things that bring me joy.
Spending most of my life in Santa Barbara has become the heartbeat of everything I do.
From style to energy, there is an intangible magic here.
What has been your biggest study in the last year?
“Say no, say more.” Last year someone gave me this advice, and it stayed with me – I keep it in the post-it note on the table. I’ve been making an effort to think about where I place my energy, and I’ve enjoyed my work so much more.
I’m a fan of your personal style. In a nutshell, how would you describe it?
Thank you! I would say neutral, timeless, classic and underestimate.
The only thing I fear most is …
Making a big mistake.
When I feel that fear, I …
Remember that I am a human being and that mistakes can lead to something good.
Let’s get on with your morning routine. What is a typical day for you?
We usually get up around 6:15. Our two lovely alarm clocks (i.e. our daughters) make sure we get up before the sun sets and then it’s time for coffee, breakfast and Elin to get ready for school. Depending on the day, I will prepare and work in the home office, filming content or doing errands. Most days I finish at 4pm when Lila wakes up from her afternoon nap, and then prepares for dinner, bath time and an hour to clean the house or fall on the couch – it’s actually the last days!
What’s always on your nightstand?
Peppermint Essential Oil, Todd and I took a picture on the wedding day, some jewelry and my mother gave me crystal.
What is the first thing you do when you wake up?
Eline will jump in bed with us, and Todd pulls Lila out of her crib, so probably partying! I like Elini to make sure I’m not sleeping.
What morning rituals set you up for success?
It’s a little juggling these days, and to be honest, I’m still guessing if Lila works best as she gets older. But one thing that always amazes me in the morning is the steam shower soaked in steam.
Describe your morning beauty routine.
I wiped my face IsKlinika cleaning complex, then use a hyaluronic serum by Dr. Sturm. On top of that, Phyto-C O-Live serum, then my moisturizer (I can not live without IsClinical Youth Complex) and sunscreen.

What is your daily uniform?
Vintage Levis, The Great tee, Jenni Kayne sweater, and Freda Salvador sneakers.
If you had one more hour every morning, how would you use it?
Yoga! I am eager to get back into my daily yoga routine and look forward to spending time with Lila as she starts kindergarten.
What is it about something you do every day to make your spirit more intense and joyful?
Breathe in and drink plenty of water.
