Yadea KS5 Pro review: This E-Scooter strikes a balance between price and convenience

Simple unboxing experiences can be a double-edged sword. I like to take my scooter and take it to a store (rather than take the risk of parking outside on the streets of New York), which often means climbing some stairs. The KS5 Pro isn’t as powerful as some of the electronic scooters I’ve ridden, but the 46-pound isn’t so light. It’s manageable, but I’d soon remember that I have to go to the gym.

Annoying application

Yadea, a Chinese company known for its traditional Vespa-type electric scooters, did a great job with the hardware here. The KS5 Pro looks black with its orange and black theme, and there is a white-orange version if your speed is higher. The height of the handle isn’t adjustable, but it fits me – I’m 6 ’4 ′ ′, and I didn’t have to stretch my arms like a zombie to reach them. It might be a little high for you.
