More than 50 nations have been punished for their recent international misconduct, FIFA said on Monday, although most fell far short of banning fans from two matches for Hungary.
The list of resolutions issued by the governing body of the world football governing body included details of the punishment of Hungary for racism by fans and security breaches, including bombs and blocked stairs in matches against England and Andorra.
Hungary’s two home games have been closed-door, one suspended, with one away match and no fines of 281,000 Swiss francs (266,000 euros).

Albania, Mexico, Panama also have to play home games behind closed doors, while Polish fans are banned from an away match.
Argentina, Chile, El Salvador, Honduras, Montenegro, Peru have to play with a “limited number of spectators”.
Argentina also received a warning that the match against Bolivia started late and that they received a fine of 30,000 Swiss francs, in addition to a ban on fans, for “discriminatory behavior” by fans on a visit to Uruguay.
Andorra was among seven teams that were fined for accumulating a yellow card after collecting six against England.
Other penalties include a fine of 2,000 Swiss francs for the French world champion for not wearing a mask with Bosnia-Herzegovina in early September during a 1-1 home draw in Strasbourg.

Fans who fined Kazakhstan for displaying a banner of Soviet World War II soldiers fighting for the Nazis.
Moldova was punished by a drone that interrupted the anthem before the match against Austria.
Many of the other fines were for throwing thrown objects or fireworks or other unspecified “order and security” crimes.
