It appears that a vessel labeled “Down Syndrome” (above) appears to have more than one brain and perhaps other internal organs. Many containers lack labels; we know very little about people who had brains.
Some anomalies are obvious, e.g. license failure, or “smooth brain,” a neurological disorder that usually results in premature death. Many brains appear normal from the skin but once dissected they appear swollen or bleeding.
