The new Pixel is raising the bar for a cheap phone

[ad_1]

By now, Google he’s got a penchant for making cheap, solid phones. Its new Pixel 5A has all the features that most people need on their phone and the company sells the phone at a decent price of $ 450. But Google doesn’t stop being functional. He also makes big bets. This year, the company will release the Pixel 6, a more expensive phone with a state-of-the-art design and advanced set of software features. Inside this new flagship phone is a custom processor called Tensor, which can cause some changes in the Android operating system.

This week, at Gadget Lab, Julian Chokkattu, the WIRED review editor, joined us to talk about the new Pixel phones and Google’s plans for the future.
