CLEVELAND, Ohio – Jake Paul is so confident that he will be expelling Tyron Woodley on Sunday as he announced that he would send out the former UFC welterweight champion from all disciplines of wrestling. The Youtube star then said she had no problem accepting it – she’s already looking at Woodley next.

Paul (3-0, 3 KOs), a 24-year-old social media agent, was as shy as ever Last press conference on Thursday when he sat shirtless under a pile of frozen chains and exchanged words with Woodley for 39 years, until security and local police were forced to separate opposing groups, he threatened to become violent.

Even Woodley (19-7-1 in MMA) represents the toughest challenge – by far – for Paul’s young boxing career, when the two reunite inside the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in an 8-round fight agreed to capture. 190 kg (Showtime PPV, 20.00 ET), Paul confirmed something he had teased a day earlier in public outdoor training.

Unproven lightweight Tommy Fury, the 22-year-old brother of heavyweight champion Tyson Fury, was given a prominent place on Sunday’s PPV card as a small attempt. If Fury (6-0, 4 KOs) were to beat Paul’s esparring pair over the weekend, former MMA fighter Anthony Taylor (0-1 in boxing), Paul could be next on the road to being considered a legitimate fighter.

“[Fury] it looks good, it looks good. It makes sense and that’s a horrible fight, “Paul told” Morning Kombat “on Wednesday.” It seems to be to the right of both of our hands. We have to go out on Sunday and do performances and I want to see how people in the US take it. I want to see if he has that star power all week. ”

Fury, with his muscular frame and matinee idol looks, reached star level in 2019, taking second place in the 5th season of British reality TV show “Love Island” on his own. Since then, with Molly-Mae Hague’s ongoing relationship with her girlfriend and her star along with the fighter’s family surname, Fury has seen her star level grow into a regular fodder for tabloids.

“Jake Paul is a YouTuber and he’s been doing it for a while but he’s a good guy, you can’t say he’s not,” Fury told Morning Kombat on Wednesday. “He looks as good as he can after three fights. Let’s not go wrong. But to think that he can call those names is ridiculous. He has to stop. If he wants to be a real fighter and get respect in this sport, stop talking about Canelo. [Alvarez] and [Floyd] Mayweather. Touch and stop fighting MMA people. We all know the reason why he fought. Start fighting real fighters.

“If he wants to get it, we can put it on.”

On Thursday, while Paul was discussing the potential of a Fury fight while jawing with Woodley on Thursday, his tone changed a bit the day before, as the potential for a big fight between him and Fury was discussed. Paul said Fury doesn’t have numbers of drawings like the others called in the PPV (including Jorge Masvidal’s UFC welterweight) and said Fury will have to prove serious conditions first because it’s worth it.

“I still don’t think so [British fans] They’ve actually been tuned in to see his fights, “Paul said.” When you look at his payment numbers, it’s not valid. When you’re fighting Jake Paul, it makes sense to start with height and weight, pay for shopping, great reputation, the ability to sell the fight and the momentum. ”

Fury said he wasn’t ready to talk much about the future of the fight between them until Taylor passed by. He said the fight between them would create massive box office numbers. Asked if he and Paul could fill a 50,000-seat football stadium in his native England, Fury said they would do it easily.

“It’s a colossal fight, and everyone knows that. If we overcome our struggles, let’s continue,” Fury said. “I’m not running away from anyone. God willing, we’ll both come on Sunday, there’s no excuse anymore. I’m one of the most famous on Instagram, Jake is a worldwide phenomenon. It’s a mega fight, I’m not wrong. I’m not here to make fun of anything.”

One thing Fury wanted to make clear is that he’s not in boxing with Paul or looking for a potential fight, because that’s just the money he can bring or the status of celebrities. Like his last name – shared by Tyson Fury and his father – he is a fighter in the first place.

“To be a fury, you grow up fighting. You don’t do anything else. It’s a struggle, a struggle, a struggle as a child,” Fury said. “That’s all I’ve done all my life. I don’t feel pressure when you’re trying to live with someone. I’ve been told time and time again that there will never, ever be, another Tyson Fury. No one will ever approach me. I try to be the best I can.

“I’ve been living and training like a demon. I don’t care about fame, I don’t care about money. All I’m into is being a champion. I’m on a long road and I’m stopping. Fill the car. Money is easy. I’m not this part of YouTube. Life I’ve been doing this sport for a long time and I’ve come to show these guys that you can’t pick this thing up. YouTube is the thing and then you have a real deal, and it’s me. Don’t put me in that YouTube category because I’m not in that category. “
