US judge dismisses allegations of torture of ISIL ‘Beatles’ accused | ISIL / ISIS News

A former ISIL member known as “The Beatles” faces charges of torture and kidnapping.

The indictment made by a British citizen because he played an important role in the torture and beheading of American and British hostages affiliated with ISIL (ISIS) can be used against him at trial, a U.S. judge has ruled.

El Shafee Elsheikh demanded the rejection of statements that supported his role in the scheme, saying that they had been obtained through torture after his arrest.

He is also accused of conspiring in the deaths of British and Japanese nationalities, including assistant aides David Haines and Alan Henning, and journalists Haruna Yukawa and Kenji Goto.
