What is natural wine and what is Pét-Nat wine?

Hello Helen! What is a natural wine ball?

And how about organic wine?

Organic wine there can be many things. You can have a wine that is produced in an ecologically certified but then very poorly treated winery. Don’t get me wrong: organic farming is very important to me, it doesn’t need to be organic certified, but practice shows a desire to let nature go its own way, instead of removing life and minerals that can make wine so delicious and exciting. Ecological labeling is mainly related to agricultural activities; so it is important to understand how the grapes are treated and how the wine leaves the vine after leaving the vineyard.

Biodynamic agriculture is a set of philosophical principles about 365-degree agriculture developed by Rudolph Steiner in the 1920s. In addition to the biodynamic winemaker certifications today, many other winemakers and others use certain practices depending on their beliefs, resources, and the country in which the wine is being made. Biodynamics it is the ideology of cultivation along with the cycles of the moon through the constellations, it informs through its calendar when certain things need to be done so that everything is aligned. Compost is used a lot and the special teas and practices that come with it!

We are just starting out in the world of Pét-nat. Can you explain what these wines are?

A pét-nat is a street name, also a nickname, with a nice abbreviated name for a French wine term: natural sparkling. It refers to a specific style / technique for making sparkling wine. It has other names in other countries, but the US has taken pét-nat for certain wines made in this way. Champagne is a sparkling wine that is a fermented wine that undergoes complete fermentation (to obtain alcohol and then bubbles) and undergoes a very controlled process; a pet has between 1.5 and 1.75 fermentations and the process of getting boobies is much colder.

Basically, a basic wine is fermented to convert the sugar into alcohol and then the wine is bottled before the first fermentation is completed and the second fermentation is done in the bottle. Do natural and organic wines reduce hangovers? If so, why? What about biodynamic wines?

Any wine that is made with less intervention has added fewer chemicals or sugar … so yes! The results would be less likely to hang. It is alcohol, so it still depends on what you drink.

On the plus side there is a lot of natural wine with less alcohol and therefore sugar. I don’t mean to say it’s good for you, but it’s better to have a lot of shit out there!

You also sell sparkling wines in Helen. What are these?

Sparkling The Italian term is a slightly sparkling wine, similar to the pét-nat idea – a very similar process, in fact! Sometimes the wines are unintentionally curled and not curly … It is unexpected because the wine is fermenting in the bottle again. It’s fresh and very easy, but it can also catch people. Sparkling wines sometimes have less bubble definition than animal pets, which means there is less residual sugar in the bottle at the time the wine continues to ferment and get bubbles. What’s the difference between a sparkling wine and a real sparkling wine?

Sparkling wine is like a sparkling wine … it’s kind of.
