Betty White, a 90-year-old actress, died on her 100th birthday at Reuters

(Reuters) – Comedy actress Betty White has died on Friday after ending her 80-year career as an beloved geriatrician in America after winning Emmy roles in “The Golden Girls” and “The Mary Tyler Moore Show.” three weeks before his 100th birthday.

The agent, Jeff Witjas, told People magazine: “Even though Betty was about to turn 100, I thought she would live forever.” No reason was mentioned.

In the youth-driven entertainment industry, where an actor in his 40s is facing a darkening career, White was an anomaly, a star in the 60s and a pop culture phenomenon in the 80s and 90s.

Betty Marion White was born on January 17, 1922, in Oak Park, Illinois, and her family moved to Los Angeles during the Great Depression, where she attended Beverly Hills High School.
