(Reuters) -The death toll from a condominium near Miami rose to 90 on Sunday from 86 as crews continued to search for human remains in the building’s rubble, Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava said.

Another 31 people were “still unaccounted for,” many of whom were feared dead when they partially collapsed on the concrete and steel debris in the 12-story oceanfront of Surfside on the morning of June 24, Levine Cava said in an appearance.

“The numbers are light and will continue to change as these efforts progress,” he said.
