The West Suburban Sports Complex has announced that spots for winter youth baseball training sessions are now available. The gymnasium offers baseball youth clinics starting in January 2023, February 2023, and March 2023. The training sessions will cover multiple aspects of the game, including the foundations required to develop solid gameplay practices.

The gymnasium is excited to announce a comprehensive winter youth baseball training clinic for young players. This clinic is scheduled to take place on Saturdays for the first three consecutive months of the new year and offers detailed instruction and practice in throwing, fielding, pitching, and hitting. Professional coaches will be on hand to assess players’ skills and help them address any weaknesses.

This is just one of the many sports camps and training sessions offered throughout the year by West Suburban Sports Complex. These opportunities allow young athletes to improve their skills and take their game to the next level.

Registrations are now open for all three months, and players interested in signing up for the sessions can do so directly from the West Suburban Sports Complex website. The registration charge for every one-and-a-half-hour session is $150. This makes it affordable for just about any player that aspires to take their game to the next level.

The objective of this winter training clinic is to help the players polish their overall baseball skills instead of focusing on just one aspect of the game. Warm-up exercises will also be included in the training session; participants will receive guidance on stretching and warm-up properly to emphasize the importance of these pregame exercises for preventing injury during games.
