Twitter (NYSE 🙂 users reacted negatively to an OpenSea email sent to users who still had inactive lists in their accounts. In the email, OpenSea explained that the old non-fungible token (NFT) list can still be filled, and that users must cancel it because OpenSea cannot cancel it on their behalf. This would “prevent any of your items from being sold at the price of inactive lists,” said Ether (ETH) lowering the price.

According to NFT collector @dingalingts and other users, this warning had the opposite effect and the cancellation of the list re-created the request. @Dingalingts tweeted a thread to users canceling “First transfer your NFT to another address and cancel the list (s) to the original address FIRST”.
