When it comes to food, it’s a pain of pleasure. Several doctors have diagnosed me with dairy intolerance, but I tend to push for hours discomfort for the fleeting happiness of a cheese. Although I haven’t moved on to a completely dairy-free lifestyle, for some people, like my sisters, it’s not even an opportunity to enjoy it from time to time. However, I’ve kept it long enough to pick dairy-free alternatives when they’re available, but it’s important to still taste good. Alternatives to dairy-free cheese
