Reuters is close to discussing legislation to penalize the US Senate

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – U.S. senators are close to reaching an agreement on legislation to punish Russia for its actions against Ukraine, two senators working on the bill said Sunday.

Senators Bob Menendez and James Risch, the chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and a Republican, have said they will move the bill forward this week.
