I am always there for trying out new wellness practices and when facial yoga exercises appeared KUWTK (try to watch that clip without laughing) I was amazed. I went to google before and after and it was amazing to see really impressive results. 4. NECKLACE AND UNDERWEAR

- Rotate the chin to the top right at a forty-five degree angle. Put it in your mouth as if you were going to kiss someone. Hold for five seconds and relax. Repeat three times. Then make the same move to the left.
