The United States administers 470.3 million doses of COVID-19 vaccine – CDC Reuters

(Reuters) – The United States delivered 470,297,846 doses of COVID-19 vaccine in the country on Sunday morning and distributed 580,417,105 doses, according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
The number of doses administered rose to more than 468,516,782 on Saturday, the CDC said.
The number of doses given, however, fell slightly from those reported on Saturday. The CDC said earlier reviews by vaccine providers may accumulate delivery data between certain days.
The agency said 235,698,738 people received at least one dose, and 198,962,520 people were fully vaccinated as of 6 a.m. Sunday.
The CDC report includes two-dose vaccines Modern (NASDAQ 🙂 Inc. and Pfizer (NYSE 🙂 Inc / BioNTech and Johnson & Johnson (NYSE:) Individual vaccine.
About 46.3 million people received a booster dose of COFID-19 vaccine from Pfizer, Moderna or Johnson & Johnson. Moderna and Johnson & Johnson’s booster doses were approved by U.S. health regulators on Oct. 20.
