US markets are opening slightly higher, with Investing.com ready for a quiet end to 2021

Investing.com – US major indexes opened above the flat to start the last day of the year. Open 04.0% rose while gaining 10 points, 02%, and trading 20 points, or 1%. Small capital also opened slightly higher at 07%.
This comes after a typical “Santa rally” week, where indices rose nearly a percent during the week in lower volume trading and limited news.
Although not much news is expected today, investors may be eyeing the airline’s possible cancellations or possible developments in the face of Covid. at a brisk pace today, with more than 1,000 flights canceled. Covid’s cases continue to set all-time highs, and as a starting point for New Year’s celebrations, many officials are ready to make another leap from here. At the same time, the United Kingdom approved the use of Pavloxid, Pfizer (NYSE:) removed Covid-19 treatment for adults and removed South Africa’s anti-virus pill.
