Although the company led revenue growth of between 80% and 85% in the second quarter of the year, the pandemic came from lower bases after the pandemic tightened Snap’s advertising customers in the second quarter of 2020.

After a tumultuous 2019, Snap has been successful with investments in upgrading its products and paying for its offerings to advertisers. In March, Spiegel said at a conference that previous companies predicted multiple years of revenue growth of at least 50 percent as a fundamental basis for the growth in the number of users or commitments.
